This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using services provided by Vladyslav Kudriavtsev, trading as ALBAHOST through bereg.pro and its subdomains (including my.bereg.pro). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

3. Resource Usage

3.1. You must not use excessive resources in a way that negatively impacts other customers.
3.2. We reserve the right to suspend or limit accounts causing harm to the stability of our infrastructure.


4. Email and Messaging

4.1. All email sent through our Services must comply with applicable anti-spam laws (including the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations).
4.2. Bulk or marketing email requires explicit prior consent from recipients.


5. Security

5.1. You are responsible for securing your own applications, scripts, and passwords.
5.2. If you become aware of a security vulnerability affecting our Services, you must report it immediately to support@bereg.pro.
