This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through bereg.pro and its subdomains (including my.bereg.pro) and is part of the Terms of Service. By using our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Cooling-Off Period
1.1. Under UK and EU consumer protection laws (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), individual consumers purchasing online have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of the order (“cooling-off period”).

You have requested immediate activation of the hosting service and it has been provisioned.

You are purchasing domain names, SSL certificates, or other third-party products that cannot be revoked once issued.
2. Hosting Services
2.1. If you request cancellation of a hosting service within 14 days and the service has not yet been activated, a full refund will be issued.
2.2. If the service has been provisioned and used, refunds are not generally available. Partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion.
3. Domain Names and SSL Certificates
3.1. All sales of domain names and SSL certificates are final and non-refundable once registered or issued, due to third-party restrictions.
4. Overpayments and Billing Errors
4.1. If you are incorrectly charged or overpay, we will issue a refund or account credit within 7 business days of confirming the error.
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1. To request a refund, you must submit a support ticket through my.bereg.pro or email us at support@bereg.pro.
5.2. We will review your request and confirm eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
5.3. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used to make the original purchase.
6. Limitations
6.1. Refunds are available only for the initial purchase. Renewals and upgrades are non-refundable.
6.2. Promotional or discounted services may have different refund conditions, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
6.3. Account credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
